Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered processing. To request a cancellation, email cervilabs@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

After Processing

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you'll be notified and refunded in full.
