How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, though many orders arrive earlier depending on your location and product availability.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My tracking hasn't updated — is that normal?
Tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch, and there may be quiet periods while your package is in transit between carriers. As long as it's within the 2–4 week window, there's nothing to worry about.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of ordering, before it enters processing. After that, we may not be able to make changes. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
