We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: items marked final sale, gift cards, and any product damaged through misuse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at cervilabs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email cervilabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with the next steps and return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item or variant, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
