Free Shipping — On Every Order

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve, with no minimum spend. There are no shipping charges added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on the item. Our Cervical Contour Pillow and Knee Pillow are held in UK stock and typically arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch — around 2–6 working days from the time you order. Our Silk Pillowcase and Posture Support Brace ship direct from our manufacturing partner and typically arrive 1–3 weeks after dispatch. Transit times vary by destination, carrier, and season, so please allow the full window for your item before getting in touch.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email at dispatch. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating after your order leaves our facility.

Customs and Duties

Orders ship internationally. Import duties or taxes are not included in your order total and are rarely charged on items in this price range, but where they do apply they are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may occasionally add to delivery times.

Delays

We work hard to meet our estimates, but delays can occasionally happen due to high demand, weather, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order is outside the estimated window, email us at support@cervilabs.com and we'll chase it for you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot a mistake, email support@cervilabs.com within 12 hours and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped.
